Pears buckles to Facebook campaign

Yet another amazing story emerged yesterday concerning the power of customers on the Internet.

Recently Pears Traditional Soap had changed their formula for making their soap bars. However, it seems that it was not to the liking of many customers. Following a Facebook campaign the owners of Pears Soap have backtracked and agreed to go back to the old formula.

Yet one more example of the way in which the internet and social media are helping bring real power to the people.
