Internal Communications
There is a wealth of research to show that high levels of employee engagement lead to:
- Lower absence rates from the workplace
- Reduced number of sick days
- Reduced staff turnover
- Improved productivity
- Higher levels of customer satisfaction
- Higher profit contribution/improved bottom line results(1)
The best way to reach high employee engagement is through a carefully constructed and fully implemented internal communications plan.
Internal communications is also essential whenever change is taking place, whether that change is as a result of a merger, acquisition or business-wide strategic repositioning.
In short, internal communications deals with all forms of communications that an organisation manages with its internal stakeholders.
Below you will see links to a number of subject areas. We are always keen to add to these so let us know if you think there is something you would like to see added.
