Training managers in change communications
We offer a half day training course for managers which will help them to understand what is happening in their teams and how to cope with the effects of change.
The three hour course covers the following areas:
- Introduction
- Presentation; The emotions behind change. To know how to handle teams during change it helps to recognise the emotional impact on individuals and how they react
- Group exercise
- Presentation; Teams during change. The effects behind breaking up and creating teams; how managers can minimise a drop in productivity through better communications
- Group exercise
- Presentation; Increasing employee engagement. Looking beyond the change process to the rebuild period. Identifying the three levels of work, getting buy-in and improving the effectiveness of teams.
- Group exercise
- Questions & Answers and Close.
For up to six managers this course is available at £250 plus VAT. There is a surcharge of £30 for every additional manager beyond six.
This presumes that the course will be delivered on site with equipment provided. Room and equipment hire will be charged as an extra. The price is inclusive of travel and out of pocket expenses for training within Greater London. For courses outside Greater London there will be an additional charge for travel and additional expenses.
